All undergradutes need to submit the following academic information in addition to any pre-screening, portfolio, or other materials listed in the Audition and Interview Requirements:

• Counselor's Signature
• Official Academic Records (transcripts and diplomas)
• SAT 1 and ACT scores
• Document of Financial Support (Proof of Funding)**
