The Department of Recording Arts maintains 7 recording and production
studios and 2 maintenance labratories. Our emphasis is on current digital
audio workstation technology. We feel that it is important that our studios
be equipped with gear which is representative of what students will encounter
in the field. Our budgeting process is structured so that our computer
workstations and software are regularly updated. Students are issued keys
and have free access to all of our facilities for class assignments and
individual projects.
