CITY OF BLOOMINGTON "ENTERTAINMENT AND ARTS DISTRICT" PLAN

The City of Bloomington recently released a strategic plan to create a Bloomington Entertainment and Arts District (BEAD), an economic development district designed to strengthen the efforts of already successful organizations, businesses and individual artists, while providing opportunities for the nurturing, marketing and development of new creative enterprises.
