Make an audition recording: this should be a CD, CD-Rom, or DVD of your performance of the following:
- Etudes #10 & #13 from C. Rose 32 Etudes

You will be contacted regarding acceptance within two weeks after the receipt of application fee and audition materials. We are not responsible for damaged, late, or unreadable recordings. Your recording must be RECEIVED by our office by the Application deadline, May 9, 2014, in order to be considered for acceptance.

Auditor tuition (observation only, no performance): $300

On-campus housing in Willkie dorm (optional): $60 per night (does not include food)
No scholarships are available for this workshop.
* This workshop is limited to 20 participants. The class is filled on a first-come/ first-served basis, so early submission of application materials is highly recommended.
If an application is received and all spaces have been filled, the applicant will be notified and placed on a wait-list. The application fee will not be processed so there is no charge for being wait-listed. No fees will be due unless a space becomes available. Wait-listed applicants will be notified if a space becomes available; however, being on the wait-list does not guarantee a space will become available. Students will be wait-listed in the order that their applications are received.
Tuition, minus a $100.00 cancellation charge will be refunded to participants if they withdraw prior to the start of the workshop. Refunds are not guaranteed after the workshop has begun and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds do not include the non-refundable application fee.
The Jacobs School of Music reserves the right to cancel a workshop if enrollment is not met. Participants will be informed 2 weeks before the start of the workshop and receive a full refund.
