| PRESSLER TAKES COMMAND |
Distinguished Professor Menahem Pressler has been named a commander in France's Order of Arts and Letters by
French Minister of Culture Renaud Donnedieu de Vabres. The title is France's
highest cultural honor. Mr. Pressler will be heard in concert with the Beaux Arts Trio this summer at the IU Summer Music Festival.

| ANGELA BROWN BACK HOME IN INDIANA |
After a storybook ‘discovery’ and subsequent catapult to stardom this past fall, opera diva Angela Brown is paying her alma mater a visit on Monday, April 25. She will return to Bloomington to receive the IU African American Arts Institute's inaugural Herman C. Hudson Alumni Award at the institute's 30th anniversary banquet that evening.
