Michael Talbot, Vivaldi (Oxford: Oxford University Press, 2000--NOT at bookstore: The press reports this out of print and unavailable.  Please check a used-books dealer on the net, such as Amazon.com or abebooks.com, for used or old stock copies, and do so as early as possible.  When I last checked, there were a fair number out there!)--As of yesterday (13 January), there were copies available through the Barnes and Noble website, in case you are still unable to locate it!
