AIRFARES
You may reserve air travel at a special discount using any of the
following air-lines, or you may make your own arrangements.
US AIRWAYS has been designated as an official carrier for the
attendees of the Starker 75th Birthday Celebration September 12-14, 1999,
in Bloomington, IN with air service available into Indianapolis, IN. US
Airways agrees to offer and exclusive low fare for the attendees. This
special fare will offer 5% discount off First or Envoy Class and
any published US Airways promotional roundtrip fare. A 10% discount
off unrestricted coach fares will apply with 7 day advance reservations
and ticketing required. Plan ahead and receive and additional 5%
discount by ticketing 60 days or more prior to departure. These
discounts are valid provided all rules and restrictions are met and are
applicable for travel from all points on US Airways' route system. These
discounts are not combinable with other discounts or promotions.
Additional restrictions may apply on international travel.
Discounts are valid between September 9-17, 1999.

UNITED AIRLINES has also been designated as an official airline for the Starker 75th Birthday Celebration September 12-14, 1999, in Bloomington, IN. If you or your travel agent call United's toll free number (800) 521-4041 to book your reservations, you will receive a 5% discount off the lowest applicable fare, including First Class, or a 10% discount off full fare unrestricted coach fares, purchased 7 days in advance. An additional 5% discount will apply when tickets are purchased at least 60 days in advance of your travel date. Discounts also apply on Shuttle by United and United Express. Call United's Specialized Meeting Reservations Center at (800) 521 4041 to obtain the best fares and schedule information. Make sure you refer to Meeting ID Number: 543ZH.
