Application for the Music Minor

Fill out the information below and click on the "submit" button. This minor should appear on  Degree Progress Report on Onestart within a month after you apply. If it does not appear on your electronic record sheet, contact the undergraduate music office, MU011 if you have questions about your record.

Please note: You must be accepted to a major in your home school before choosing this minor. (Music courses that fulfill requirements for the minor may be taken before you declare the minor.)
