-In 2008 Nemanja Ostojic, MM student won 1st Prize at Allentown Symphony Orchestra competition, and 1st Prize at the competition at University of Texas in Dallas.

-In 2008 Erol Ozsever, MM student won 1st Prize at Matinee Musicale in Indianapolis

-In 2008 Gabriel Gutierrez, BM student won 2nd Prize Matinee Musicale Indianapolis

-In 2008 Andres Saborio, former MM student won 3rd Prize at International Guitar Competition in Culiacan, Mexico

-In 2008 Nemanja Ostojic, MM student won 1st place, and Maja Radovanlija, DM student won 2nd place at 2008 Annual Competition in the Performance of Music from Spain and Latin America

-In 2007 Jonathan Zwi, Senior student won 1st Prize at Competition "BRAVIO", Brazil

-In 2007 Slobodan Milivojevic, Performer Diploma student won 1st prize at Matinee Musicale, Indianapolis

-In 2007 Slobodan Milivojevic, Performer diploma student has won 1st place at 2007 Annual Competition in the Performance of Music from spain and Latin America

-In 2006 former Junior student Aleksandr Tsiboulski won 1st Prize at St Joseph's; 2nd Prize at GFA and 1st Prize at Tokyo International Competition.

-In 2004 Andres Saborio won 2nd place at 2004 Annual Competition in the Performance of Music from Spain and  Latin America

-In 2002 Daniel Bolshoy won  Debut Atlantic tour of Canadian Maritime provinces (and recording for CBC radio).

-In  2001,  Hector Corrada won 2nd prize at M.T.N.A competition and Espen Jensen and Ramsue Lopez, won 1st. Prize (Aex-equo) in the open category of the Forth Annual Competition in the Performance of Music from Spain and  Latin America;  Espen Jensen won 1st Prize at Indianapolis Matinee Musicale; Daniel Bolshoy won 1st Prize at MTNA and 2nd Prize in Porland.

-In  2000 former junior IU guitar student Alexander Tsiboulski won 1st Prize at the Australian Guitar Competition; Nick Ciraldo won 2nd Prize at M.T.N.A.

-In 1999 CARLOS SAAVEDRA won 2nd Prize at M.T.N.A.; DENIS AZABAGIC won 1st Prizes at Stotensberg Competition and Allentown Symphony Competition

-In 1998 PETAR JANKOVICwon 3rd Prize at I. Guerrero Competition in Spain and 3rd Prize at M.M. Ponce Competition in Mexico and 1st Prize at First Annual Competition in the Performance of Music from Spain and  Latin America; CARLOS SAAVEDRA won 1st Prize at Indianapolis Matinee Musicale; DENIS AZABAGIC won 1st Prize at Guitar Foundation of America Competition

-In 1997 PETAR JANKOVIC won 1st Prize at Indianapolis Matinee Musicale; ALAN THOMAS won 1st Prize among all categories at the Gaudeamus Competition in Holland

-In 1996 CHRIS KENNIFF won 1st prize at M.T.N.A. Competition; KEN PRICE won 2nd Prize in Portland Competition
