Bachelor of Music in Jazz Studies
Entrance to the curriculum only by permission of
department chairperson.
All jazz studies majors are required to meet the
core curriculum
requirements of the music school and the following:

(2 cr.) required every fall semester, spring semester, and
second summer session in which student is registered for any
course, music or non-music. |

Performance
Study |
Minimum of 3 credit hours each semester
until senior recital is passed (students who have completed
24 credit hours and the senior recital may reduce credit for
2 credit hours). Entrance audition, freshman jury,
upper-division examination, senior recital. |
