Representatives from the Young Winds program will be going out to the Bloomington area schools this fall, 2008.  These representatives will distribute pamphlets containing registration forms and program information to the students and band directors of the local schools.  The cost of registration for the program will be $60.  Registration is done by mail... ...but the form can be downloaded here...
