On campus housing is available at Willkie Dorm (North).  Click here to see a picture. Click here to see a map.  Single room only, air conditioned, includes sheets and towels. The cost is $48/night (tax included) and must be paid in advance.  A full refund (less $35 cancellation fee) will only be given if cancellation is received one month prior to first day of workshop.  Food in not provided.

Willkie Quadrangle is a state-of-the-art residence hall.  Completely renovated in 1998, Willkie Quad features 'suite-style' living.  All rooms are single occupation and share an adjoining bath with one other single room.  All rooms have air conditioning and wall-to-wall carpeting.  ADA accommodations are available. No cooking facilities are available and the Willkie Food Court is not open in the summer months.   There are restaurants close to the Jacobs School of Music and a Dining Guide will be provided at registration.

Towels and bed linens are provided.   Hot-pots, hair dryers, wash cloths, microwave ovens and refrigerators are not provided/available. There are no televisions or computers in dorm rooms.

Housing fees:  Housing fees must paid in advance by the payment deadline listed on the Deadlines and Fees pages.  Housing will be automatically cancelled if payment is not received by that date. A full refund will be given if cancellation is recieved one month prior to the first day of the workshop. There is a $35 cancellation fee for this process.

Housing fees refund:  If cancellation is received less than one month prior to workshop, there is an additional $48 fee (one night's stay) in addition to the $35 cancellation fee (total charge $83).
