Application Fee and Deadline: $70.00 due May 14, 2010.
Tuition: $325.00 due June 1, 2010.

Please note:
- The $70.00 application fee is non-refundable and not part of the tuition cost.
- On-campus housing will no longer be available after June 1, 2010.
- Late applications will be accepted on the basis of available space.
- Tuition includes a temporary computer account.
- There is a $35.00 cancellation fee for refunded tuition.
- Optional: Four hours of graduate credit are available at in-state tuition rates for all students who choose to enroll. For credit hour fees and associated fees please contact the Office of the Bursar: 812-855-2636. Credit hour fees and associated fees are a separate and additional cost to the workshop tuition. A bill for the credit hour fees and mandatory fees will be sent from the Office of the Bursar. Please do not include them with payment for the workshop.
Registration: June 14, 2010, 7:30-8:00 a.m. in Clouse's Lounge, Jacobs School of Music between Merrill Hall and the Music Addition. See Map.
The Jacobs School of Music reserves the
right to cancel a workshop if enrollment is not met. Participants
will be informed 2 weeks before the start of the workshop and
receive a full refund.
