Course Information

Registration will take place on Monday, June 9, 2008, 9:30 -10:00 a.m. in Clouse's Lounge, Jacobs School of Music, between Merrill Hall and the Music Addition. See Map.

The workshop will conclude with a 3:00 p.m. ensemble concert on June 13, 2008.  Optional reception to follow, approximate end time of 7:00 p.m.

This workshop is open to professionals, students, teachers, and advanced amateurs interested in the natural horn.  The schedule will include a daily master class, an ensemble session, and a lecture.  Each student will receive two private lessons during the week.  An informal concert will conclude the workshop.  For participants who do not own an instrument, a limited number of horns will be available.

Further Information:

  • Space is limited to 15 performers; therefore, early application is recommended to ensure a place.
  • Note: Pre-college applicants (18 years old and under) need to receive permission from Mr. Seraphinoff for enrollment.
