Spring registration due January 4, 2010.

CLICK HERE to download and complete all forms needed for registration, payment, and safety. The safety form is needed annually.

• New students should contact Laura Hagen directly to register.
• Please send registration and payment forms with payment to Judy Anderson, whose address is on the payment form. We cannot process your application without both forms and full payment.
• Please bring the completed safety form to your first lesson.
• There are no scholarships available for this program.
• There is $35.00 processing fee on all tuition refunds.
• Spring registration forms are due January 4.
