Please submit to the director of the String Academy a safety form for each student.  This form is required annually.

Scholarships

Financial aid is awarded to families who have a total family income under $35,000 per year for school year programs.

Please complete the application form and attach photocopies of the most recent signed Federal Tax Form 1040 with W2s from the applicant's parent(s) or guardian(s).  Click Here for the application deadline.

Note: in order to be considered for a scholarship please complete this form in full by the application deadline and return to the address above. Failure to answer any part and or to provide necessary signatures will disqualify the applicant from consideration. All information is kept in strict confidence. This scholarship application is not complete without the most recent signed Federal Tax Form 1040 with W2s attached from the custodial parent(s) or guardian(s) of the applicant.

Note: There is $35.00 processing fee on all tuition refunds.
The check you submit with your registration will be processed electronically and appear on your checking account statement.
