SCHOLARSHIPS

Need based financial aid:

• Financial Aid applications are due March 1, 2010.
• The highest amount of a need-based award to Summer String Academy 2009 is 10% of the tuition.
• To be eligible for a scholarship based on financial need, you must be an American citizen or lawful permanent resident.
• Financial aid may be awarded to families who have a total family income under $50,000 per year for summer programs.
• Students applying for need-based financial aid must complete all parts of the Financial Aid Application Form (download from the left menu) and submit it with the $10.00 processing fee.
• The student's parents must also attach a copy of their most recent IRS 1040 or 1040A income tax form, with copies of W2 forms attached.
• Failure to answer any part and or to provide necessary signatures will disqualify the applicant from consideration. All information is kept in strict confidence.
