The $70.00 application fee is non-refundable and not part of the tuition cost. All applications must include application fee.

Late applications will be accepted on the basis of available space.

*There is a $200.00 cancellation fee for refunded tuition.

Registration: Saturday, June 19, 2010, 1-4 p.m. in the lobby of Forest Residence Hall.

The Jacobs School of Music reserves the right to cancel a workshop if enrollment is not met. Participants will be informed 2 weeks before the start of the workshop and receive a full refund.
