Applications will only be processed if returned with

• application and payment form
• resumé
• letter of recommendation
• $70 application fee

Notification of your acceptance will be communicated within two weeks after the receipt of all materials.

• The $70.00 application fee is non-refundable and not part of the tuition cost.
• Tuition includes a temporary computer account.
• On-campus housing will no longer be available after May 31, 2010.
• Late applications will be accepted on the basis of available space.

The Jacobs School of Music reserves the right to cancel a workshop if enrollment is not met. Participants will be informed 2 weeks before the start of the workshop and receive a full refund.
