Please Note:
- The $70.00 application fee is a non-refundable and not part of tuition.
- Notification of your acceptance will be communicated within two weeks after the receipt of your completed application package.
- On-campus housing will no longer be available after May 31, 2010.
- Late applications will be accepted on the basis of available space.
- Tuition includes a temporary computer account.
- There is a $35.00 cancellation fee for refunded tuition.

Ballet Summer Intensive participants ages 14-17 may choose to stay on campus in a double room (with roommate) in the Forest Residence Center. It has air conditioning and coin-operated laundry facilities available for personal use. Three meals are served daily. Televisions are not allowed in individual rooms. Adult counselors are resident in the dorm.
Ballet Summer Intensive participants ages 18-21 may choose to stay on campus in a double room in the Forest Residence Center (if under age 21) or in the Willkie Residence Center, a graduate student accommodation. Ballet Summer Intensive participants ages 21 and up may choose to stay in Willkie or off-campus. Willkie also has air conditioning and the rooms include sheets and towels.
Please Note: As students 18 and over are not minors, they are not supervised in Willkie.

Staying Off-Campus
- Ballet Summer Intensive participants may choose to stay off campus (with a parent or guardian if under age 18).
Click on "Visiting" in the left menu for travel information and list of accommodations in Bloomington.
- Students staying off-campus cannot buy meal cards. If they wish to eat meals with the in-house students they will have to pay with cash or credit card for each meal.
- Off-campus students under age 18 are the responsibility of the established legal guardian. A drop-off and collect time has to be settled in advance with our staff. The agreed drop-off and collect time should be convenient to the daily schedule.
- Transportation to the Indiana University campus is the responsibility of the designated legal guardian.
- At no time can a student under age 18 be dropped on the Indiana University campus and left unattended. The student must be handed-off from the legal guardian to a Ballet counselor.

The Jacobs School of Music reserves the right to cancel a workshop if enrollment is not met. Participants will be informed 2 weeks before the start of the workshop and receive a full refund.
