Check-In

Check-in for the Karen Tuttle Viola Workshop will take place on Friday, June 12 from 1-2 PM in the Hallway behind the MAC in the new rehearsal room Annex map.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing to the Director, cc' the Office of Special Programs, and are subject to the following deadlines and fees;

-Cancellations prior to 5 days before arrival forfeit the $70 non-refundable registration fee. Any remaining fees paid will be refunded.

-Cancellations less than 5 days prior to arrival will not receive a refund except in the case of a documented emergency.

-No refunds will be offered for dismissal due to violation of Karen Tuttle Viola Workshop, Indiana University, state, or federal rules, early departure due to homesickness; voluntary withdrawal or temporary absence.

When circumstances necessitating withdrawal are beyond the student’s control (e.g., serious illness, or death in the student’s family), exceptions to the above policy may be made on the recommendation of the Directors.

 

Please note:
  • This program does not offer any scholarships.

  • Only full payment will secure your position.

  • Late applications will be accepted on the basis of available space.
  • $70 registration fee is non-refundable.


The Jacobs School of Music reserves the right to cancel a workshop if enrollment is not met. Participants will be informed 2 weeks before the start of the workshop and receive a full refund.
